 SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
Standard processing time for orders is 5-7 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders placed after 10:00 AM (PST) may be processed the following business day. Processing and shipping times may vary during specific collection launches, holidays, and other peak seasons.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale but will be soon. Pre-order items are shipped upon the arrival of the products in the warehouse within the time that is stated on the item’s purchase page. If THE KUDOS must cancel a pre-order for whatever reason, we will refund the order in full. We will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by circumstances beyond the control of THE KUDOS that cause pre-ordered products to arrive at the warehouse later than the time specified on the product’s purchase page. In pre-order purchases credit cards are debited at the moment the order is placed.

AMENDING A SHIPPING ADDRESS
We cannot change the shipping address or the shipping method after checkout.
Once an order has shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided on the order with your shipment's tracking information.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once the order has left our warehouse.
WE ARE UNABLE TO COMBINE SEPARATE ORDERS INTO A SINGLE SHIPMENT.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES.

International shipping rates vary. During checkout, we calculate shipping costs based on your location and estimated weight of your package.
